I’m Ryan, a passionate filmmaker and photographer behind Fordey Media - which as you may have guessed by now, where “Fordey” comes from.

I am driven to get my name out there, with the ultimate dream of making my mark on the big screen. My love for filmmaking ignited in childhood, inspired by my favourite films, Spider-Man and War of the Worlds—an unusual pairing especially as a child. But something about the creativity and magic created in these films, ignited a spark in me that is ever-growing.

My journey behind the camera started when I was 11, creating fun action short films in the backyard with my brothers & friends, posting to YouTube - and now still with a camera or mouse in hand, creating videos I love and never looking back.

I hold a Bachelor of Media and Communications, specialising in Screen Production, and had nearly two years of full-time experience in a Digital Content Creation before taking the leap to go out on my own, and make a name for myself.
